These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website and services provided by KN FLOORING LLC.

2. Services

KN FLOORING LLC provides professional flooring-related services throughout New Mexico, including but not limited to:

  • Hardwood flooring installation

  • Laminate flooring installation

  • Vinyl plank flooring installation

  • Flooring replacement and repairs

  • Floor removal and preparation

  • Residential flooring services

  • Commercial flooring services

All services are subject to project evaluation, material availability, scheduling, and written estimates provided by KN FLOORING LLC.

Project timelines provided are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, material delays, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Payment and Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins. Deposit amounts will be specified in the project estimate or contract.

Payment terms include:

  • Deposits must be paid before scheduling or ordering materials when applicable.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Additional work requested after project approval may result in additional charges.

  • Late payments may be subject to collection efforts and any legally permitted fees.

KN FLOORING LLC reserves the right to suspend work if required payments are not received according to the agreed payment schedule.

4. Warranty on Workmanship

KN FLOORING LLC provides a workmanship warranty covering installation defects resulting directly from our labor.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper maintenance or cleaning

  • Water damage, flooding, or moisture-related issues

  • Structural movement of the building

  • Damage caused by pets, furniture, accidents, or misuse

  • Manufacturer defects in flooring materials

Any warranty claim must be reported promptly after the issue is discovered. KN FLOORING LLC reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the claimed defect before determining the appropriate corrective action.

Manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the respective product manufacturers.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled project by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start date.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, KN FLOORING LLC may retain all or part of the deposit to cover administrative costs, scheduling losses, material purchases, or other expenses already incurred.

Requests for cancellation must be submitted by email or other written communication.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KN FLOORING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of this website

  • Delays in project completion

  • Material shortages or supplier delays

  • Conditions existing at the job site prior to installation

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to These Terms

KN FLOORING LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website or our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
