These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our flooring services. By requesting a quote, booking services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
KN FLOORING LLC provides flooring installation services, including tile, vinyl, and hardwood flooring. All services are subject to project evaluation, availability, and written or verbal agreement as applicable.
2. Estimates
Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if the project scope, materials, site conditions, or customer requests change.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate project information
Ensuring access to the property
Clearing the work area unless otherwise agreed
Confirming materials, finishes, and selections before work begins
Disclosing known issues such as moisture, subfloor damage, or prior repairs
4. Deposits and Payments
A 50% deposit is required before scheduling or starting the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless another payment arrangement is confirmed in writing.
5. Materials
If the customer supplies materials, we are not responsible for defects, shortages, mismatched batches, or manufacturer issues. Additional labor or delays caused by customer-supplied materials may result in extra charges.
6. Change Orders
Any change to the original scope of work must be approved by both parties and may affect pricing and completion time.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, site conditions, customer delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Warranty
Warranty terms are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. No warranty applies to remodeling work, unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KN FLOORING LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to flooring installation services provided by KN FLOORING LLC.
1. Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit is required to secure the project and schedule the work. Deposits may be used to cover scheduling, labor preparation, and administrative costs.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a scheduled project without penalty if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit may be non-refundable, except where prohibited by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case. Refunds are generally not provided for:
Work already performed
Materials already ordered or delivered
Custom or special-order items
Delays caused by customer actions or site conditions
4. Workmanship Warranty
For new flooring installation work, KN FLOORING LLC provides a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of completion. This warranty applies only to installation labor and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Moisture damage
Structural issues
Customer-supplied materials
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third parties
5. Remodeling Work
For remodeling projects, no warranty is provided, unless a separate written warranty is given by KN FLOORING LLC.
6. Materials and Manufacturer Defects
We are not responsible for defects in materials manufactured by third parties. Any manufacturer warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
7. Limitation
Any refund, if approved, will be limited to the amount determined by KN FLOORING LLC based on the work completed, materials used, and project circumstances.
